PROGRAMME OPTIONS

I have created a couple of different options to help anyone with any ability reach their goals.

​

Whether you are a beginner just getting into Strength Training or you have been training for years there is a programme for all.  Whether this is a generic or tailored programme specifically designed to you they are all available to you.

​

We are lead to believe that females shouldn't lift weights, HIIT training, cardio all more are what we have been told is the only way to burn fat and lose that little bit of extra weight we are carrying.

​

LISTEN this is all a load of rubbish.

​

Building muscle is the best way and most natural way to lose weight, build muscle and look amazing.  Yes HIIT and all the different cardio exercises and plans out there might help drop the weight but to look amazing you need muscle and definition and thats what they programmes offer.
